Enterprise Service Management M42ESM-919 Azure Hybrid Benefit / Supporting new subscription terms (no parallel use of Datacenter licenses in Azure/On-premises) Improvement

If user adds a license, using action "Manage Azure Hybrid Benefits", he can decide if the added license(s) are handled according to the new terms (valid as of 03/2023; default). Check-box is checked by default (apply new terms).
The system updates the calculation for all assigned licenses.

Background information:

  • Old terms: a license for Windows Server Datacenter with active Software Assurance (SA) may be used to cover Azure Hybrid Benefits enabled in Azure and - in parallel - for entitlement of license requirements for deployments of Windows Server on-premises.

  • New terms: a license for Windows Server Datacenter with active Software Assurance (SA) may only be used to cover Azure Hybrid Benefits enabled in Azure.

Enterprise Service Management Platform DWP-904 01 - Generic Welcome Mail for new Cloud Environments New

On provisioning a new Cloud Environment (regardless of installed software) the Cloud Center sends email to each Customer contact with credentials on how to login to all software included to Environment (e.g. ESM, Silverback, Empirum)

Each Product installation could contribute to welcome email content by adding HTML section to related Change objects (Custom Field). The master Install Workflow aggregates all the inputs from different installations and renders them to the final Welcome Email

Implementation Notes:
The individual Installation process could contribute to the Welcome Mail providing the product-specific message as HTML paragraph persisted to the related Change attribute "ReviewResultsHTML"

The Master Install Workflow on generating Welcome emails iteratively checks all the related successfully closed Changes and concatenates all provided "ReviewResultsHTML". If at least one is provided the Welcome mail is sent with an embedded concatenated HTML
