The extension gallery should offer every manager or owner of an extension the ability to list all events in a specific timeframe. The user interface should look similar to the analytics user interface as shown here:

When a customer clicks on an attachement the system should open supported file types directly:

• Images --> Opens in a Pop-Up box (available)

• Videos --> Opens in a Pop-Up box (available)

• PDFs --> Opens in a second tab (available)

• Office Documents (DOCs, EXLs, PTP) --> Opens in a second tab (new)

As far as there is no native support in Browsers to display the original MS Office documents, the DWP should support the following options:

"Office Web Viewer"

If the Application Server is not DMZ and can be accessed from outside, the DWP offers the possibility to preview attachment in the Office Web Viewer.

Such behaviour are supported only supported for files placed in Azure File Storage. The Matrix42 Storage Service return the link to the file with the SAS (Shared Acces Signature).
