Provide better support for people with disabilities with keyboard, to use page's controls without mouse.

Introduced the "Enhance Color Contrast" mode

This mode is available in the Avatar menu.

When activated, it increases the overall readability and visibility of the application content by automatically increasing the contrast.

For graphic content min. ration is 3:1.

Contrast ration for text should be at least 4:1.

Enhance Color Contrast mode should work for all Matrix42 themes.

Also this mode should work for both Classic UI and Modern UI as well.

New colors added to the Color Picker (layout designer)

New colors should be added to improve the readability of the text.

These new colors should be more contrasting than the existing colors.

The color should be dynamically calculated based on the original color.

List of new colors:

Success Text Color (based on the Success Color)

Error Text Color (based on the Error Color)

Warning Text Color (based on the Warning Color)

Info Text Color (based on the Info Color)

Two more faded colors should be added for frequently used controls (shadows, borders, etc.): Faded color and Faded color.

These two colors should be calculated dynamically as intermediate colors between the Content Background Color and the Content Text Color.

A new option for service 'technical target' filter was added to reflect the need to have AAD accounts.
The 'AAD Account' filter follows the same logic as the 'AD Account' option.
